随着计算机技术的快速发展，图像智能处理技术已经广泛应用到了人类社会生活的各个方面，逐渐成为全球学术和产业届的关注热点。为此，我校决定召开河南省图形图像与智能处理国际联合实验室2021年学术年会暨南阳理工学院第十三期博士论坛，现将有关事宜通知如下：
